KARACHI- Pakistan Peoples Party’s Patron-In-Chief, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has condemned the registration of an FIR against more than 6,000 farmers for holding protest demonstration at Okara bypass in Punjab.

In a press statement issued today, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the protest held by the farmers was peaceful and carried their genuine demands. He demanded immediate withdrawal of cases against the farmers.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari warned Punjab government to stop its anti-farmers policy. The government must remove all grievances of the farming community, he concluded.
