ISLAMABAD- Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices and sought reply in 15 days from parties in case against appointment of Managing Director (MD) Muhammad Malick Pakistan Television (PTV) Network.
A bench headed by Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui heard the case today. The appellant former MD PTV Mustafa in his petition stated that the incumbent MD Muhammad Malick was a defaulter of being a head of his ‘Ad Agency’ which was Rs 7,000,000. He pointed that Malick’s appointment was made illegally. The court issued notices to the Secretary Establishment and the Secretary Information.
