SIALKOT - District Police Officer (DPO) Bilal Sadiq Kamiyana has dismissed from service two police constables Molavi Arshad and Azeem Ahmed for running their private torture cell behind a hotel in Sialkot here. The DPO told the newsmen that the dismissed police constables were used to lock the accused at their private torture cell after arresting them from various parts of the city. Both the accused policemen were deputed on security duty for the foreigners at Sialkot citys main and busy hotel.
