Nawaz willing to discuss Imran Khan’s demands

Islamabad- Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has expressed willingness to discuss PTI Chief Imran Khan's demands to resolve the prevailing crisis through dialogue.
This has been conveyed by Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Railways Minister Khwaja Saad Rafique in a telephonic conversation with Jamaat-e-Islami’s Amir Sirajul Haq, who has been mediating between the two sides. They also discussed with him the overall current political situation. A Jamaat-e-Islami spokesman said in Peshawar that a Jamaat delegation would meet Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and discuss with him the JI's formula to find a way forward. Meanwhile, the opposition leader in National Assembly, Syed Khurshid Shah also telephoned Sirajul Haq and discussed the current political situation and new developments in ongoing efforts to resolve the standoff. Sirajul Haq said opposition leader could play a positive role in resolving the crisis.
