Islamabad: Rawalpindi Customs Court (RCC) decision to return passport to model Ayyan Ali has been challenged in Islamabad High Court (IHC).

Abdul Wahid Murrawat counsel for the customs through a petition filed in IHC has taken plea that passport is key evidence in money laundering case. Apprehension is there that Ayyan Ali can flee to other country and her return to country will stand impossible once she flees.

He requested the court to suspend the decision of Rawalpindi customs court in connection with return of passport to Ayyan Ali.
