Former MPA joins JUI-F

AHMEDPUR EAST - Former MPA from PP-269 Malik Qadir Bakhsh Warran joined Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl. He made this announcement at a ceremony which was chaired by JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman at Jinnah hall here the other day.
The ceremony was attended by JUI-F activists and local religious leaders in a large number. Maulana Fazlur Rehman welcomed the announcement of Malik Qadir Bakhsh Warran who had been elected member Punjab Assembly from PP-269 on JUI-S ticket in 1990 general elections.
Later, his son Malik Khalid Warran was elected as MPA on the PPP ticket but he later joined PML-Q in Musharraf regime. His close circles informed that Mailk Qadir Bakhsh Warran is aspirant of JUI-F ticket as he was planning to contest election from PP-267 Ahmedpur East in forthcoming general elections.
Meanwhile, JUI-F leaders Qari Saifur Rehman Rashidi and Hafiz Mohammad Aub Sabar have welcomed Malik Qadir Bakhsh Warran in JUI-F and hoped that his joining would help strengthen the party at grass-roots level in rural areas of Sub-division Ahmedpur East.
