Khurram Zaki's funeral prayers to be held outside Sindh CM House

The funeral prayers of social activist Khurram Zakki will be offered outside Sindh Chief Minister House, Waqt News reported. “It was his last wish which will be fulfilled,” Zaki's family said.
According to reporta social activists and civil society members are taking the dead body of Zaki towards the CM House.

According to reports heavy infantry of police has been allocated outside, and on the way to, the CM House.

The activists say they want the ritual performed peacefully and don’t want any clash with government.

“It is our way of protest as Khuram Zaki was not given security by government despite threats,” close aides of Zaki told media.

Khurram Zaki was murdered by Unidentified killers yesterday in Karachi. He was actively involved in social activities and raising human rights issues. He was also known for launching a campaign against Lal Masjid’s Molvi Abdul Aziz. He was working at Let Us Build Pakistan (LUBP) as an editor and he highlighted issues relating to extremist elements.
