Peshawar  - Peshawar High Court (PHC) has accepted the bail plea of three former Parliamentarians including ex-Provincial Minister Syed Aqil Shah in fake degree and dual nationality cases.  In other cases of dual nationality and holding fake degree, the court awarded punishment to former legislators Javed Tarkae and Sardar Ali respectively.   All the three ex-MPs appealed in the PHC for bail.
