Blasts will have a negative impact on dialogue: Rahimullah Yusufzai

Peshawar- A former member of the government committee for dialogue with Taliban and senior journalist Rahimullah Yusufzai has feared that the ceasefire between the government and Taliban would become ineffective if acts of terrorism like the blast in Vegetable Market continued.

Talking to media today after the blast in capital's vegetable and fruits market, the senior journalist said such acts of terrorism would have negative impact on dialogue.  He said Taliban have expressed their disassociation and condemned these acts of terrorism but such incidents would continue to shroud the dialogue.

Rahimullah Yusufzai however emphasized that the dialogue should continue. He said TTP is the major and strong organization which is willing to talk while other organizations are not ready for it and there have been no contacts with them.  He said it was not possible to hold talks with all the groups but those who support the dialogue should be made part of the process.
