World Bank will provide $10 billion to Pakistan: Dar

WASHINGTON- Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has said World Bank will provide ten billion dollars to Pakistan for development projects in the next five years.
Addressing US Think-Tank in Washington, he said economic indicators in Pakistan have improved with 6.2 percent increase in exports and 11 percent increase in foreign remittances in the current fiscal year. He said economic growth rate is recorded at 4 percent. Ishaq Dar said the government has been successful in curtailing the fiscal deficit while tax collections have also improved by 17 percent.
