Ashrafi demands Qadri’s arrest

LAHORE- Pakistan Uelma Council Chairman Hafiz Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi again called for the arrest of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leader Dr. Tahir ul Qadri.

Speaking to reporters today, Ashrafi accused Qadri of spreading anarchy in Pakistan in the name of revolution. “Tahir ul Qadri is working on a foreign agenda and that he should be arrested,” he said. Separately, Dr. Tahir ul Qadri slammed Punjab government for their ongoing crackdown on PAT’s workers across Punjab. He said that even beggars were being detained by Punjab police to increase the numbers.
