BAHAWALNAGAR - No one will be allowed to play with precious human lives under the guise of business of spurious medicines and noose has been tightened around the manufacturers and dealers of spurious medicines.

Bahawalnagar DCO Azhar Hayyat stated at a meeting here on Thursday. He informed that a vigorous crackdown has been launched on those dealing in or manufacturing fake medicines. He claimed that District Bahawalnagar has been ranked first over performance of data integrity and corruption control across the province. Mr Hayyat said that performance of the revenue and health departments have been improved, adding that efforts are being made to improve other sectors as well. The district head pledged stern action against ‘bad elements’ of the society.
