Usman Bilour dies of cardiac arrest

PESHAWAR - Younger son of ANP slain leader Bashir Ahmad Bilour and former President of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chamber of Commerce and industry Usman Bilour died of cardiac arrest here late night Monday. He was 43.
After feeling cardiac pain, Usman was immediately shifted to the Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar but died after his heart failure in the ICU of the Cardiology Department.
He was one among the business tycoon of the province and also elected president of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chamber of Commerce and Industry in September 2010.
He also contested general elections 2002 as a candidate for member of National Assembly, however he was defeated by Shabir Ahmad Khan of Jamaat slami.
Usman Bilour was the younger son of late ANP leader and former senior minister Bashir Ahmad Bilour, who was martyred in a tragic suicide blast in Qissa Khawani  Bazaar. He is nephew of ANP Senior Leader and MNA Ghulam Ahmad Bilour and Ilyas Bilour.
The funeral prayer of Usman Bilour was offered in Wazir Bagh area which was attended by Senior Leader ANP Haji Adeel, Senator Nabi Bangash, ANP Provincial President Ameer Haider Khan Hoti, MPA Sardar Hussain Babak, Home Secretary Akhtar Ali Shah, Senior Leader of Pakistan Muslim league(PML-N) Iqbal Zafar Jhagra, CCPO Peshawar Ijaz Khan. He was laid to rest in his ancestral graveyard at Said Hassan Pir area.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Sardar Mahtab Ahmad Khan has expressed his heartfelt condolence over the sad demise of an ex-president of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chamber of Commerce and Industries Usman Bilour.
Expressing his deep sympathies with the bereaved family members, the governor also eulogized the services which the deceased rendered for the economic development of the country. The governor prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with patience.
