PESHAWAR - The new digitalised dynamic website of University of Peshawar was launched at a ceremony attended by heads of the teaching departments, centres, schools and colleges, with Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Qibla Ayaz in the chair.
The website has all the requisite requirement of the modern era and focal persons from each department and administrative unit have been assigned to update it on a regular basis, said Raja Inayatullah In charge IT Department University of Peshawar after the launching. He said the CVs of faculty members; examination schedule, results, recruitment forms and other relevant material would be available on the new website for easy access. He requested the focal persons to regularly update the relevant information of their concerned departments for information of the general public.
Oath taking ceremony of thirteen student’s societies of University of Peshawar also took place in the ceremony. Vice Chancellor University of Peshawar Prof. Dr Qibla Ayaz took oath from the newly elected cabinet of the societies. He announced one million annual recurring grant for activities of the societies and accorded approval for establishment of two new societies.
