NOWSHEHRA VIRKAN- Gujranwala DCO Muhammad Amin Chaudhry said that the teachers could play a vital role in the fight against dengue and preventive measures were the best way to tackle the menace.Addressing a meeting regarding anti-dengue awareness campaign here at Govt High School Nowshera Virkan, he said that dengue could not be defeated without the participation of all departments. The DCO directed the education department to monitor the anti-dengue awareness campaign and ensure cleanliness arrangements to stop breeding of dengue. The meeting was specially called for the Arabic teachers of tehsil Nowshera Virkan and headmasters and the teachers of all government schools were also present on the occasion.Later, the DCO visited different areas and government Buildings to check the anti-dengue arrangements.
