QUETTA (INP): The Balochistan Election Tribunal has disqualified MNA Maulvi Agha Muhammad in a fake degree case on Tuesday. Agha was elected MNA from NA-261 Pishin-Ziarat on a JUI-F ticket. Runner-up candidate Muhammad Essa Roshan of Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PKMAP) had challenged his degree. During court proceedings, it was proved that Agha’s degree was fake and that he had never been to any educational institution.
