NEW DELHI : Indian PM Manmohan Singh has said Pakistan and Afghanistan are most important neighbouring countries of India and doors to dialogue with Pakistan will remain open all the time. A secular government is high need of India at present times which could take decisions in conformity with evolving situation and take all along with it, he said while addressing an election rally. He hoped that the ruling allied parties will surely succeed in the ongoing elections in India.
