LALAMUSA - Kite-flying claimed the lives of two kids here at Mauza Naushera Miana in the remit of Jalalpur Jattan Police the other day. According to report, two youth - 15-year-old Muhammad Akbar and 13-year-old Usman were flying kites on the rooftop of their house.
They were so busy in kite-flying that they did not even realise crossing the fencing wall at the rooftop. Resultantly, both were fell down in the street and injured critically.
They were rushed to hospital where they succumbed to their injuries.
On the other hand, the police crackdown on the sale of kites and its related accessories and arrested about two dozen law-violators besides confiscating a huge quantity of kite string and other material.
