ISLAMABAD- The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will take up for hearing today the petition filed by Nasir KayaniPresident District Bar Association Islamabad for revocation of use of Article 245 in Islamabad.

A 3-member bench of IHC presided over by Chief Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kansi and comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice AtharMinullah will hear the petition.

Sheikh Ahsan ud Din counsel for petitioner Nasir Kiani, NiazUllahNiazi former president District Bar Islamabad and Additional Attorney General (AAG) Tariq MehmoodKhokhar will appear in the court.

The petitioner has made federation and interior ministry respondents in his petition.
