DERA GHAZI KHAN  - A mother of two was stoned to death on the orders of panchayat for possessing a cell phone in a village of Dera Ghazi Khan. The victim, Arifa, was stoned to death by her uncle and relatives at the orders of punchayat when she was found using a cell phone, her two cousins told a local television. ''She was buried without informing her other relatives,'' said her cousins. Police registered an FIR against panchayat but no one has been arrested.
