SIALKOT - Former National Reconstruction Bureau (NRB) Chairman Daniyal Aziz has said that the local district government system is the need of the day, as this system still remains fully 'secured in the country. Addressing an important meeting of the local notables here at Village Kalla-Noor Kot on Monday, he vowed to get the local body (LB) system fully reinstated in its complete original form. He said that the nation-wide convention of the former District Nazims would be held at Islamabad on October 30, in which the future plan would be chalked out. Daniyal Aziz said that the move of restoration of LB government system has the complete support of as many as 81 districts of Pakistan and more than 3,000 UC Nazims across the country. He claimed that now the common man had been completely deprived of the basic facilities in the country, as his LB government system was also highly hailed by the other countries as well, which were intending to introduce this system in their countries. He expressed brave concern over that this most suitable system was being made as victimised of the personal liking and disliking of the incumbent rulers of Pakistan. second Haj flight takes off from Sialkot airport: The second Haj flight of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) with intending pilgrims took off from Sialkot International Airport (SIA) for Jeddah-Saudi Arabia here Monday.
