Lahore: Police have arrested four accused, involved in rape and murder of 13-year old boy, Ali Raza.
The accused were arrested, during an action by Civil Lines Police team. A spokesperson of police said Umair Javed, a suspect arrested by police had confessed the crime and told the names of other accomplices a year ago.
