ISLAMABAD- Ameer, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F), Maulana Fazlur Rehman said the key for resolution of all issues is in the hands of General Headquarters (GHQ) of Pakistan Army.

He added the politicians are merely playing their role as public representatives to face the masses on key decisions.

However, Maulana Fazl said JUI-F supports government’s efforts for peace in the country.

He also admitted that TTP commander Baitullah Mehsud and Mullah Umer had written him letters.

The JUI-F proposed that the government should fulfill the dire need of addressing all militant groups in Pakistan before initiating talks with the Taliban.
