ISLAMABAD- The Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) of North Waziristan have received Rs 350 million among themselves.

This has been stated in the latest report to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif regarding the relief activities being conducted for the IDPs. Further assistance will prevail in the form of mobile phone SIMs; so far 27,667 cell phone connections have been provided.

According to the report, the federal organizations, including National Disaster Management Authority, Fata Disaster Management Authority and Ministry of States and Frontier Regions are working in cohesion and coordinating their assistance for the affected families. NADRA and WAPDA are also in contact with different organizations to provide aid to the affected people.
