Sharjeel asks federation to stop unnecessary interference

KARACHI, July 12 (NNI): Sindh Information Minister, Sharjeel Inam Memon, Saturday called upon the Federal government to stop unnecessary interference in the affairs of Sindh government, advising it to focus on the issue of IDPs.

Talking to media persons here, Sharjeel Memon said Sindh government will not accept dictation from the Federal government, adding it must desist from sticking its nose in the Sindh government affairs in the light of 18th amendment of the Constitution.

He asked the Federal government to pay attention towards resolving the distressing problems being faced by the displaced tribal people of the North Waziristan Agency. “It should also focus on the issue of worst loadshedding being undertaken in the holy month of Ramzan,” he added.

He said the IDPs are still facing severe hardship and awaiting relief ‘whereas the Federal government continues to ignore the displaced of NWA’
