The Sindh High Court has approved the request to remove the former President Pervez Musharraf ‘s name from the Exit Control List. He can leave the country after 15 days.

The ruling was issued by a two-judge bench of the Sindh High Court. Justice Mohammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Shahnawazthat heard Musharraf’s request.

The bench stated that the ruling could be opposed in the Supreme Court during the next 15 days, during which Musharraf cannot leave the country.

Earlier on May 29, the court had reserved its ruling on Musharraf's plea after his counsel Barrister Farogh Naseem and Attorney General Pakistan Salman Aslam Butt had given their arguments.
