Chinniot- A woman drowned while trying to save her child in the Chenab River today.
The incident took place near Chinniot when an eight year old child drowned earlier today. Her mother jumped into the river in order to rescue her child but both of them couldn’t survive. Rescue workers rushed to the scene and pulled out bodies of mother and her child.
