SARGODHA - Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Azam Rana dismissed the bail application of former Superintendent of Police (SP) Headquarters in a murder case here on Tuesday.
As per detail, the Cantt Police had filed a case against SP Nasir Munaf Qureshi on charges of killing a youth namely Tahir Cheema over a minor issue on August 21, 2012 outside the Circuit House. Later, the police arrested and sent him to District Jail. The accused had submitted a bail application in the court which was rejected by the court.
