PM to leave for Tajikistan on 17th

AVESTA - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will leave for Tajikistan on June 17 for a two-day official visit, according to the Tajik Foreign Affairs Ministry. During his visit, the prime minister will meet the leadership of Tajikistan. He is also expected to have a meeting with the president of Tajikistan, Emomali Rakhmon, the ministry said. The prime minister, in the course of his visit, will discuss the issues of Tajik-Pakistani relations in key areas.
Implementation of regional projects, including CASA-1,000 project, will come under discussion. “Nawaz Sharif will consider other areas of bilateral cooperation with the officials of Tajikistan,” concluded the statement.
