FAISALABAD: The Airport Security Force (ASF) foiled a bid to smuggle one kilogram heroin worth millions of rupees and arrested a foreigner women at Faisalabad Airport on Sunday.

The ASF sources said that during search of baggage of a Nigerian woman - who arrived at Islamabad airport from Sharjah through Qatar Airline flight QR623 - one kilogram heroin worth millions of rupees was detained.

The heroin was concealed in the secret chambers of the beauty box. The woman was arrested and handed over to the Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) which after registering a case against the detainee started an investigation.
