Our Staff Reporter MIRPUR (AJK) - The Academic Staff Association of Mirpur University of Science & Technology (MUST) Saturday categorically denied a news item, attributed to the Associations President Prof Muhammad Iqbal Ch, carried by a section of the Urdu print media, it was officially declared by the ASA. An emergency meeting of the ASA, held with the associations President Prof Muhammad Iqbal in the chair, reposed full confidence in the newly-appointed MUST Vice Chancellor Prof Naib Hussain Ch by declaring full support to him, the ASA declared in a press statement released after the meeting. The MUST Academic Staff Association has nothing to do with the baseless and concocted news item attributed to the ASA President, the statement added. While contradicting various related news items, published in a section of the press, the ASA requested the media to desist from carrying such baseless stories related to the MUST Academic Staff Association without confirming from the Association.
