BANNU- Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif called Operation Zarb-e-Azab in North Waziristan a war for the survival and protection of Pakistan. Addressing the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), he informed that the terrorists had paralyzed life through their activities and the only option left was to flush them out. Shahbaz Sharif paid tribute to the officers of Pakistan army who are fighting valiantly to wipe out terrorists from North Waziristan. He also emphasized national solidarity behind the IDPs crisis and how they would receive all possible government facilities and rehabilitation after the operation. Earlier, the CM had arrived in Bannu to visit the IDPs, where he was briefed about the activities in the camps and facilities being provided to them.
