Islamabad: Additional session judge Wajid Ali today has sought a copy of former president Pervez Musharraf’s permanent exemption, from appearing in court in Akbar Bugti murder case.
While hearing the Ghazi Abdur-ur-Rasheed murder case, Musharraf’s counsel told the court that the accused has got permanent exemption from appearing in court in Akbar Bukti case; therefore, he pleaded to exempt his client in Ghazi case as well.
Subsequently, the court ordered to submit the copy of his exemption verdict as early as possible.
