Govt lavishly spent nation's wealth during OIC session: report

Islamabad: According to the audit report, Government lavishly utilized nations wealth, during the session of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

According to the report, crockery worth Rs 6.4 million had been bought from Japan, Colombo and Sialkot to serve the guests, 10 sets of crockery were bought from Japan, 50 from Colombo and 50 from Sialkot. Expensive cars were rented out for escort guests from airport to hotels, at least 330 cars, 100 coasters 26 mini coasters and 19 pickup cars were taken on rent. As per report, the expensive crockery is taken by officers to their homes.
