ISLAMABAD - While urging homegrown solutions to Pakistans problems, Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has stressed on the need for further expanding the existing friendly relations between Pakistan and China. This he said during a meeting with Chinese Ambassador Liu Jian in the China Embassy. Khan visited the embassy to congratulate him on the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Imran Khan stressed on the need for further expanding the existing friendly relations between Pakistan and China. During the course of the meeting, PTI leader and Jian discussed the existing political situation in Pakistan. Imran discussed the policies of the PTI and said that, instead of importing concepts from outside, his party offered homegrown solutions to the problems that Pakistan faced. He also stressed that Pakistan could learn immensely from the incredible success that China had achieved over the last three decades in the economic and political fields. Chinese Ambassador Jian hoped that this would pave the way for maintaining regular contact in the future.
