ISLAMABAD - President Asif Ali Zardari on Wednesday summoned joint session of the Parliament to meet on March 17th at 11 am.  President will address the joint sitting as part of Constitutional obligation at the end of the Parliamentary year.
The Parliament will complete four years on March 16th to be formalised by the Presidential address next day.
This will be followed by fifth calendar year.
