ISLAMABAD - State Minister for Communications Dost Muhammad Mazari has said for the last 10 years NATO containers have been damaging the roads of the country, which has caused loss of about 1.5 billion dollars to Pakistan.  Talking to VOA, he said a policy has been devised to impose 2,500 dollars toll tax on each container using the roads from Karachi to Afghanistan.
