peshawar - Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) central leader and former chief minister Sardar Mehtab Ahmad Khan has said that they respect Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf mandate to form government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
“PML-N will not become part of any game that could politically destabilize the already troubled Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province,” said Mehtab while addressing a press conference here Tuesday. On the occasion, PML-N Provincial General Secretary Rahmat Salam Khattak, and the newly elected member provincial assembly Arbab Akbar Hayat were also present.
He said that his party has in principle decided to respect the masses mandate in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The PML-N parliamentary leader in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly, Sardar Mehtab Khan, said, “we need to work collectively aimed to resolve the problems confronting masses like increasing un-employment, the menace of terrorism, economic crisis and internal and external problems.”
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, he said PTI has acquired majority by wining more seats, so it is the right of PTI to form its government by showing majority, and fulfill all the commitments he (Imran Khan) made which he made during his election campaign.
In reply to a query, he said that political stability is necessary in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the development and prosperity of the province, for which a stable government is too much needed.
