Injured Afghan soldier rescued by Pakistan Army near Bajaur: ISPR

Rawalpindi: An Afghan soldier who was critically injured, during an encounter with militants 0.6 KM from Bajaur Agency on Afghan soil, was rescued today by the Pakistan Army.

According to the ISPR, the soldier was rescued on the behest of Afghan authorities and was admitted in Bajaur’s Khar Hospital. The ISPR further said that the soldier’s treatment at the hospital is currently underway.
