Rawalpindi- Police registered case in City Police Station against unknown culprits for last night’s blast in which at least 16 people were injured.
The blast took place at 9:50am on Thursday when explosive packed with a bike in the parking of the restaurant on College Road went off, injuring 16 people including minor girl.
Police have seized CCTV footage of the incident which shows a biker, wearing helmet, appears in area, parks his bike, and instead of entering into restaurant, moves away, followed by a blast. The restaurant owner Mian Naeem was assaulted at his residence with a cracker bomb last month for not paying extortion money.
