RAJANPUR- A person was killed and nine others sustained bullet injuries in an armed clash between two groups over a property dispute here on Sunday.
The police said that armed men of two rival groups indulged in crossfire over a dispute of ownership of a piece of land. First they exchange harsh words in Jampur locality, which led to the armed clash.
In crossfire, which continue for more than half an hour, one person was killed and nine others, belonging to both groups, sustained wounds.
The body and injured were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities and the police registering case against armed men of both groups.
TWO BROTHERS DIE: Two youngsters, stated to be real brothers, died in collision between two bikes here on Sunday. Police said that while racing two motorcycles collided head-on, resulting in the death of two brothers at Dajal Road in Jampur. The bodies were shifted to hospital and later handed over to the heirs after post-mortem.
