Entry of 21 ulema banned

SIALKOT - The district administration banned the entry of 21 ulema into the sensitive declared Sialkot district during the month of Muharram. The Ulema belong to different schools of thought.
DPO Afzaal Ahmed Kausar disclosed this while talking to newsmen at Daska city here on Thursday. DSP Muhammad Waseem Akhtar and senior member District Peace Committee Zafar Malik were also present on this occasion.
The DPO added that a ban on the speeches of seven other scholars had also been imposed to ensure peace and harmony in the district. He said that 47 places in the district's four Sialkot, Daska, Sambrial and Pasrur tehsils had been declared sensitive.
