RAWALPINDI- Anti Corruption Department Rawalpindi has registered case against 8 teachers of Rawalpindi district for their alleged involvement in leakage of paper of English in primary standard examination.
Paper of English in respect of 5th class examination which was held under Punjab Examination Commission was leaked out prior to its distribution among the students. District administration informed the provincial authorities about this irregularity. Inquiry was conducted on this scam. In the light of inquiry committee report, Director Anti Corruption Department has got the case registered against 8 teachers in anti corruption police station Rawalpindi. These teachers are Amjid Iqbal Bhara, senior headmaster Government High School Khiyaban-e- Sirsyed, Gulzar Hussain Raja, former headmaster government high school Afandi colony, Rawalpindi, Chaudhry Muhammad Sadiq, senior headmaster Government Islamia High School Gujar Khan, SST Zahid Iqbal, SST Muhammad Ramzan, SST Muhammad Asghar Raja, SST Zulfiqar Ali and EST Javed Akhtar.  Investigation into the case  has been assigned to 2-member team comprising  assistant director anti corruption Sabtain Abid Kazmi and circle officer Muhammad Waseem.
