QUETTA - Three bullet-riddled bodies were recovered from different districts of Balochistan, including Lasbela, Pishin and Panjgour on Monday.
According to Balochistan Levies Force, on a tip-off that a body was lying near Lyari Coastal Highway, some 20km away from the Uthal, the Levies personnel rushed to the site and moved the body to District Headquarter Hospital Uthal for autopsy. The victim was identified as Wazir Khan Marri, resident of Gott Lal Muhammad Marri,Karachi. ‘The identity of the victim was confirmed from a chit that recovered from his pocket’, Levies sources said ,adding, that the victim was hit twice by bullet in head while torture marks were also visible on his body suggesting that he was tortured before being shot dead.
However, it could not be confirmed immediately when the victim went missing. Later, the body was shifted to hospital’s morgue. In another similar incident, the local administration recovered a body from Killi Thorshah area of Pishin, some 60 km away from the provincial capital.
Levies personnel moved the body to local hospital for autopsy where the victim was identified as Ghulam Muhammad.
Hospital sources said that victim was shot with bullet in head that caused his instant death.
Moreover, a decomposed body was recovered from Chatkan area of Panjgour, a bordering town near Iran. The body was recovered from a well and it was packed in a gunny bag.
Police moved the body to hospital for autopsy, however, hospital sources said that the body was badly decomposed and beyond recognition.
