Gas pipeline blown up in Jaffarabad




QUETTA – Unidentified miscreants blew up an 18-inch diameter gas pipeline in Jaffarabad district of Balochistan on Saturday night, sources said.
Luckily, no loss of life was reported in the explosion. Gas supply to Karachi from Sui was suspended when an explosive device planted beneath a gas pipeline in Malguzar area of Jaffarabad went off with a huge bang destroying a large portion of the pipeline. Law enforcement agencies rushed to the site after the incident and cordoned off the area.
