A PPP leader, Mian Ahsan Rashid, has announced to join the PML-N here the other day.
Mian Ahsan is younger brother of the former PPP district general secretary late  Mian Mohsin Rashid advocate.
Earlier, he had applied for the PPP ticket for-PP 87(Rajana). Ahsan also announced to withdraw his candidature in favour of the PML-N ticket holder Sardar Ayub Gadhi for PP-87.
Speaking at the public meetings at Chak 240-GB, former MNA and PML-N ticket holder for NA-93 Junaid Anwaar Choudry and Sardar Ayub Gadhi welcomed Mian Ahsan Rashid and termed his announcement as great achievement in the area.
