MANDI BAHAUDDIN - A love marriage couple was gunned down by the bride's brothers here in Barh Moosa area on Monday morning.
According to police, the incident occurred in Barh Moosa area of the city, when armed brothers of the bride killed the newly-wed couple who had contracted a free-will marriage two months ago. The sources said the couple fled the area after their marriage, however, the girl's family, after tracking them and brought them back. The girl is said to be the daughter of a local landlord. According to police sources, the search for the arrest of the accused is in progress.
