Our Staff reporter HAFIZABAD - A 10-year-old girl was gang raped by five scoundrels here in Kassoki on Thursday. The police have registered a case against Amir, Mohsin Butt, Babar Butt and their two unidentified accomplices while arrested one of the accused, Amir Butt. According to FIR, the ill-fated victim Farzana was alone at her house while all family members had gone to attend a marriage reception. Meanwhile, the accused allegedly picked her up and took to nearby fields where the accused allegedly gang raped her. When the condition of the victim deteriorated the accused managed to escape leaving the victim in the fields. Upon return, her father Nazir and brother Azam got worried and started searching. Later, they found here lying in nearby fields in unconscious condition. The victim was rushed to DHQ Hospital in critical condition. Meanwhile, the villagers have protested the incident and had demanded arrest of the accused.
