ISLAMABAD (INP) - Supreme Court judge Justice Ghulam Rabbani will retire tomorrow (Wednesday). After his retirement, 13 judges will be left in the apex court. A full court reference will be held at the Supreme Court in the honour of outgoing judge. Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Attorney General Maulvi Anwarul Haq, Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) president Asma Jehangir, Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) vice chairman and other senior lawyers will address the ceremony. Justice Rabbani refused to take oath under former president Pervez Musharrafs 2007 PCO after which he was rendered non-functional. He was restored later and retired on October 19, 2009. However, he was appointed ad hoc judge of the Supreme Court for two years on October 20, 2009.
