Fake sub-inspector, who announced his resignation from police service in the PTI’s Islamabad sit-in, is the resident of Khanewal. Muhammad Javaid had announced his resignation as police sub inspector and said that he was a resident of Faislabad and his name is Yasir Javaid. After investigation, it has been revealed that his real name is Muhammad Javaid and he is the resident of Bhairowal, Khanewal. According to the Khanewal DPO, he had never part of the police force. He added that he was wanted in over four cases registered in different police stations of Khanewal. The DPO added that he had trapped a girl named Abida for marriage, posing as an ASI.
